08 – Series : The high-speed centre for small workpieces
and low piece cost
The FZ 08 is a small, compact series machine for the complete machining with 12 or 24 tools, quick retooling, simple operation and with integrated transport rollers for easy replacement. It can either be delivered with a fixed table or with a workpiece changer.
Maximum spindle utilization
0.5 s tool change during spindle positioning at 60 m/min.
Your advantage: Almost no time loss during change in machining operations, which leads to higher productivity and more profit.

MILL- Series : Productive, universal machining of small and medium batch production
Chiron offers custom machines for medium and small batch production with the MILL Series. The simple, robust basic structure with few wear parts guarantees the highest availability and forms the basis for an economic, practical machine design. Its strengths go beyond its milling capacity.
It is also distinguished by excellent user friendliness with a clearly arranged work area and easy accessibility. The Mill works safely and quietly, requires little space and is low-maintenance.

12- Series : High speed manufacturing for low piece costs
The FZ 12 W offers the best values with regard to speed and precision. The superior strength of this series lies in the stable base construction of the solid, robust machine tool design, which has considerable reserve capacity for completing even the most difficult cutting tasks in an ideal way.
The performance values are equally amazing. With chip-to-chip times of 1.9 s (FZ 12 W) and 2.4 s (FZ 12 W MAGNUM), the 12 Series is among the fastest of its class.

FLEXLINE - High speed workpiece production
High-end in linked serial machining
The design of the Chiron Flexline machining centres offers the perfect combination of productivity, user flexibility, low spatial requirements and clear amortisation times. These Flexlines consist of 3 to 8 standard machining centres (of type FZ/DZ 15 or FZ/DZ 18), set up to form a line, which is supplemented by a loading station and is linked with an integrated workpiece transfer system.
Any machining centre can be approached, both from the loading station as well as from a machining centre.
This "open" principle allows matching part families to be manufactured in parallel, as well as complex workpieces to be sequentially machined.
