RAS Swaging Machines

The compact and versatile RAS swaging machines are ideal for the workshop as well as the construction site. The machine has the nine sets of standard wheels and the divided stop with large hardened stop plate.

You might consider the manual drive, but for heavier usage or more stringent requirements, the motor drive with continuous adjustable speed is recommended.

• RAS’ s shearing machine uses the modern swing beam technology and not
the traditional guillotine concept. This means : twist-free cutting of even small
strips, no stuck material and longer lifetime for the blade. Simply cut and no

The RAS 21.20 flanging machine turns up 90 degree flanges on radius cheeks so that the parts are ready for Pittsburgh or Snaplock joints. Quick, Safe, Cost efficient.

The large flanging rolls produce uniform and non-wavy results even on small radii. The optional automatic material guiding system helps create consistent flange heights. The rolls in the top attachment pierce and offset the buttons for the CAM Standing Seam in a single pass.
