Grinding machine
Roughly there are 3 process possible :
- Deburring : Goal of this process is the removal from the burrs caused by another process, like flame cutting, laser cutting, punching, etc.
- Finishing : Goal of this process is making a nice
surface, like stainless
steel, aluminium, copper. Finishing can create 4B, Hair-Line,
Non-Direction.
- Calibrating : Goal of this process is the size from
the products after
machining, for example : marble, rubber, titanium, stainless
steel, aluminium, etc.

การจัดการกับชิ้นงานที่มีผิวไม่เรียบมีวิธีการดังนี้
- ลบขี้เหล็ก ขบวนการนี้ทำเพื่อลบรอยเศษในการตัดด้วยขบวนการต่างๆ
เช่น ตัดด้วยแก๊ส เลเซอร์ เป็นต้น
- ขัดผิวหน้า เป็นขบวนการที่ทำผิวหน้าใหม่ให้ดีกว่าผิวหน้าเดิม
เหมาะกับวัสดุ ประเภท สเตนเลส อลูมิเนียม ทองแดง แบบ ขนแมว (4B), เส้นผม
(Hair-line), ไร้ทิศทาง (Non-Direction)
- ลดขนาด เพื่อให้ได้ขนาดชิ้นงานที่ใช้กับวัสดุประเภท หินอ่อน ยาง ไททาเนียม
สเตนเลส อลูมิเนียม เป็นต้น
